Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the ArchonVLabs website, Premium learning content, ArchonCode, project downloads, and related integrations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ArchonVLabs.
2. Educational and authorised use only
ArchonVLabs teaches software development and defensive cybersecurity through controlled Build & Break labs and Security Missions. You may test only systems, accounts, files, and networks that you own or have explicit permission to test. A lesson or mission is not permission to target any outside service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Premium is for one person's use: accounts must not be sold, shared with other people, or used to bypass another person's subscription. Only one active sign-in session is permitted per account; signing in again replaces the previous active session.
Auth0 provides account authentication. Stripe handles payment and subscription billing. ArchonVLabs links your subscription to your unique account identifier and checks Premium access through its backend. Signing out does not cancel your subscription.
4. Premium subscriptions
ArchonVLabs Premium is currently £8.99 GBP per month. The total and any applicable tax are shown before you confirm payment. Your subscription renews automatically each monthly billing period unless you cancel it. Stripe processes payments and subscription billing for ArchonVLabs; ArchonVLabs supplies the learning service.
To stop renewal, sign in, open Settings → Manage Subscription, and confirm cancellation in Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, as shown in the portal. You keep Premium access until that time and are not charged for the next renewal once cancellation has been confirmed before it occurs.
For example, if your paid period runs from 1 January to 1 February and you cancel on 22 January, you keep Premium until the billing-period end on 1 February. Access then ends unless you renew or purchase another valid subscription. Cancellation alone does not delete your account or saved learning progress; the retention rules in our Privacy Policy still apply.
If you cannot access the portal, contact archonsfeedback@gmail.com for cancellation assistance. Do not send your password or complete payment-card details. Merely closing your browser, signing out, or uninstalling Omni Terminal does not stop subscription renewal.
If you are requesting a full refund under the 14-day refund policy below, the subscription and access end when we process that refund, rather than continuing to the normal billing-period end.
5. 14-day refunds and cancellation
14-day money-back policy
You can request a full refund of your first ArchonVLabs Premium subscription payment for any reason within 14 calendar days after that payment. The request window ends at the end of the fourteenth day after the payment date. You may try the lessons during this time; using Premium does not, by itself, disqualify you from this money-back policy.
This voluntary money-back policy covers the first subscription payment, not each automatic monthly renewal. It does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that apply by law, including rights concerning incorrect charges, faulty digital content or a service not supplied as promised.
How to request your refund
Email archonsfeedback@gmail.com before the request window ends. Say that you want a refund and include the email address used for your ArchonVLabs account and, if available, your Stripe receipt or invoice reference. No explanation is required. We may need to verify that the payment belongs to you. Never send your password, authentication tokens or complete payment-card details.
For an eligible request, we issue the full amount you paid for that first subscription payment, including any tax charged, through Stripe to the original payment method, without a refund handling fee. We issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the returned funds.
What happens to your subscription
If you receive a full refund under this policy, you lose access to ArchonVLabs Premium when we process the refund. We also cancel the subscription immediately to stop future renewals. You will need a new valid subscription to access Premium again. Submitting a refund request alone does not end your access. A refund does not delete your ArchonVLabs account or learning records; see our Privacy Policy.
Using Settings → Manage Subscription to cancel renewal does not automatically request or issue a refund. For an ordinary end-of-period cancellation without a refund, you retain access until the paid billing period ends as described in section 4. Refund requests are handled by support; the customer portal is not a self-service refund tool.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Immediate access to digital content does not, by itself, establish that you have waived a statutory cancellation right. Any legally required consent or acknowledgement must be obtained through the applicable purchase process.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use ArchonVLabs to:
- access, scan, disrupt, damage, or obtain data from a system without authorisation;
- deploy malware, steal credentials, evade security controls, or cause harm;
- upload unlawful material or expose real secrets and personal data in a training project;
- interfere with the service, overload it, bypass access controls, or share Premium content unlawfully;
- misrepresent ArchonVLabs training as professional certification or guaranteed employment.
7. ArchonCode, downloads, and Omni Terminal
You are responsible for reviewing and safely running code you create or download. Omni Terminal executes imported projects locally in an isolated session, but local execution still carries risk. Use training data, keep backups, inspect dependencies, and never bind intentionally vulnerable labs to a public network. Ending an Omni session may delete its temporary copy, not your original project folder.
8. Ownership
You retain ownership of original code and content you create. ArchonVLabs retains ownership of its branding, platform design, lesson text, demonstrations, and supplied training materials. Your subscription gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use those materials for learning; it does not transfer their ownership.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep ArchonVLabs available and accurate, but features may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. Labs may behave differently across operating systems and dependency versions. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every example will suit every environment.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or respond to non-payment. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
ArchonVLabs is an educational service and does not provide legal advice, professional security assurance, or a guarantee that software is secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, unauthorised use of lessons, third-party services, or damage caused by code run outside the intended lab environment. We do not exclude responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.
12. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms and will publish the current version and update date here. The governing law and courts will depend on the final legal identity and location of the ArchonVLabs operator and any mandatory consumer protections. Questions can be sent to archonsfeedback@gmail.com.
This page is an operational draft. Add the legal name and address of the ArchonVLabs operator, confirm the refund process, and obtain legal review before production launch.
